    Drop & Go Repairs

    Drop off your vehicle and leave keys in the secured drop box, and STRIKEOUT will:

    • Provide you with a free rental car option, if required
    • Detail & sanitize your vehicle & key/fob 
    • Complete most repairs within 24 hours
    • Call to schedule a time for you to come pick-up your vehicle and inspect the repairs
    Valet Pick-up/Drop-Off

    Schedule your free valet pick-up appointment, and key/FOB exchange option, and STRIKEOUT will:

    • Confirm your appointment 24 hours prior to pick-up
    • If required, provide you with a free rental car option; for your convenience the valet can pick-up your vehicle at the rental location
    • Complete most repairs within 24 hours
    • Detail & sanitize your vehicle & key/FOB 
    • Schedule a time to drop-off your vehicle for inspection

    VALET TOUCHLESS KEY/FOB EXCHANGE OPTIONS

    Shelter-in-Place Exchange
    • The valet will place a Sanitizing UV Light key container outside your door 
    • Place your spare key/FOB inside the box, and then place the box outside the door for the valet 
    • Repeat the process in reverse when the valet returns your fully repaired, detailed, and sanitized vehicle & key/FOB

    LOCK & GO EXCHANGE
    • Place your spare key/FOB inside the glove box and lock the car behind you 
    • Once the valet arrives to pick-up your vehicle, unlock your vehicle from inside your home or office with your main key/FOB 
    • Repeat the process in reverse when the valet returns your fully repaired, detailed, and sanitized vehicle & key/FOB
